Yunora Mattress Warranty Terms

1. Eligibility

The warranty is valid only for mattresses purchased from an authorized Yunora Mattress dealer. Customers must retain and present the warranty card along with the original cash memo in case of a complaint.

2. Coverage Exclusions

Stains on the mattress fabric after unpacking and customer use.
Damage or tearing of fabric during usage.
Stitch openings reported more than 30 days after purchase.
Damage due to improper usage, insects/rodents, or natural calamities.
Sagging from improper cot size, uneven surfaces, or structurally faulty beds.

3. Replacement Process

If the mattress is within a courier serviceable area, the company will replace it at the customer’s doorstep. For non-serviceable areas, the replacement will be delivered to the original point of purchase. Transportation and handling charges for replacement will be covered by the company, except for additional labor costs for higher floors if levied by courier partners.

4. Replacement Terms

If the original mattress model is discontinued, a new model of equivalent price will be provided.
For paired mattresses, both will be replaced if one exhibits sagging beyond tolerance.
Depressions of less than 15 mm (for 125 mm mattresses) or less than 37 mm (for thicker mattresses) are not covered under the warranty.

5. Other Considerations

This warranty does not cover comfort preferences or odors caused by environmental factors, moisture, or liquid spills.
Any rebate will be calculated based on the invoice value.
If no invoice is available, the MRP at the time of purchase minus 10% will apply.

6. Important Warranty Information

Normal Depressions: Slight depressions during initial use are normal and do not affect comfort or durability.
Warranty Claims: Governed by the jurisdiction of Palanpur courts. The company’s decision regarding defect identification and warranty applicability is final and binding.
Settlement Terms: The net settlement value will be borne by the consumer as per applicable terms.
