Return & Cancellation

Thank you for showing your kind interest in Yunora! We truly value your trust and support. Yunora believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a liberal cancellation and return policy. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your order only while it is in processing status. Once the order status changes to “shipped,” it cannot be cancelled. Orders placed by mistake will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

If payment is not received for a placed order, Yunora reserves the right to cancel it at any time without prior notice.

Yunora is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, fire, riots, or other unforeseen events.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted only if the delivered item does not match the placed order. No exchanges or refunds will be allowed under any other circumstances.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• It must be returned with the original invoice/receipt.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return request is received and processed, we will notify you regarding the next steps.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect the condition and determine eligibility for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 14 business days.

4. Exchanges (if applicable)

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 3 business days by emailing order@myyunora.com. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging along with the invoice/receipt and a written remark, within 7 days of delivery.

5. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please pack the item securely to ensure that the original packaging is not damaged in transit.

6. Order Cancellation by Yunora

We reserve the right to cancel any order that is listed with an incorrect price or due to technical or human error, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has been made. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded, and you will be informed.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or activity that violates the terms and conditions of using the website, we may cancel such orders at our sole discretion.

Yunora reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. All decisions made by Yunora shall be final and binding.
